Cecilia Rodriguez Phr

Cecilia Rodriguez, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in various HR roles. Cecilia is currently the Human Resources Director at MIR, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director and Bilingual HR Manager at Ammeraal Beltech from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Ammeraal Beltech, Cecilia worked at Honeywell International as an HR Manager from 2001 to 2004. In this role, they led the termination process, provided expert guidance on HR topics, and partnered with the Plant Manager for employee relations development and implementation.

From 1996 to 2001, Cecilia worked at Mellon Financial Corporation in multiple HR positions. These roles included Human Resources Generalist, HR Consultant, and HR Specialist. Cecilia'sresponsibilities involved recruitment, organizational development, policy implementation, employee relations, compensation matters, and training.

Cecilia's work experience also includes serving as the Assistant Choral Director/Recruiter at the Sping Independent School District from 1993 to 1996.

Cecilia Rodriguez, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Teacher Education/Music Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. Cecilia also possesses an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business with a specialization in Finance and Human Resources. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cecilia has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Cecilia received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 1999. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015. Cecilia also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Honeywell, which they acquired in October 2003. Most recently, they achieved a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in November 2021.
