Debra Heeter

Debra Heeter is currently the Director of Product Development at Midwest Industrial Supply, Inc since December 2023. Prior to this role, Debra served as the R&D Lab Manager at Premier Building Solutions from December 2017 to December 2023, focusing on innovative adhesives and sealants for the construction industry. Debra's extensive experience also includes roles as an R&D Supervisor at Duracote Corporation, where responsibilities involved flexible materials for industrial applications, and various positions at Momentum Technologies International and Scott Bader Co. Ltd, contributing to laboratory testing and quality control for diverse materials. Debra began their career in research as a Research Assistant at Kent State University and Case Western Reserve University. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Kent State University, completed in 2010.
