Marylin Oldaker

Marylin joined the Midwest Maintenance team in 2009 as the Director of Business Development. As growth and change occurred, Marylin became the Executive Vice President of Midwest Maintenance, Inc. With over 30 years of prior experience in the telecommunications industry and her Leadership ability, Marylin has implemented corporate processes and policies that have assisted the company to reach their goals.Marylin coaches team leaders to excel; her capacity to relate to diverse workgroups at all professional levels promotes the building of a strong workforce and long-standing client relationships. Creating confident business partnerships is Marylin’s goal and she intends on making each partnership a mutual success.Studies in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and College of St. Mary along with extensive formal Industry Training positions her to expect nothing less than the greatest level of excellence for herself and others. Marylin is married to Mark, who also has a key leadership role at Midwest Maintenance; together, they make a powerful team at the office and at home.

Marylin keeps a continued focus on her individual growth and development as a leader, staying physically active with fitness training and is a dedicated liaison in supporting the underprivileged with her time, talent and financial contributions.
