Currently serving as the Sales Operations and Support Manager at Midwest Mechanical Solutions since January 2023, Adam previously held multiple roles at Sunrise Banks from May 2019 to December 2022, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Business Analyst in Fintech. In addition to their financial expertise, Adam co-founded Botanical Arrangements and Designs LLC, offering sustainable event decor. Early career experiences include positions at various engineering and sales firms, where Adam developed strong competencies in HVAC sales, product support, and quality engineering. Adam holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
