William Pennington M.D.

Dr. William Pennington has held multiple roles throughout their career. In 2019, they founded Pennington Medical Opinions, LLC, where they served as President and Medical Director. In 2020, they co-founded and became the Managing Partner of OrthoLazer Wisconsin, LLC and OrthoLazer Central, LLC. From 2017 to 2019, they served as Chief of Staff at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital and also held the positions of Assistant Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff Elect. Dr. Pennington's work experience also includes being an Orthopedic Surgeon and Vice President at The Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin since 1999. Currently, they hold the role of Medical Director and President at TS Ortho Care Solutions, LLC.

William Pennington, MD completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1986 to 1990. William then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they underwent an Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program at the same institution from 1994 to 1999. Subsequently, they completed a Fellowship Training in Shoulder and Knee Reconstruction at the California Pacific Medical Center from 1999 to 2000. Lastly, they pursued an Executive Master of Health Administration degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2018 to 2020.
