Paul Unger is a Mechanical Design Engineer at MPE-Inc, beginning in July 2022 after previously serving in the same role at the company from December 2015 to May 2019. During that time, Paul played a pivotal role in addressing quality issues, designing production aids, and managing nonconforming materials. As an ETO Design Engineer at Eaton from May 2019 to July 2022, Paul developed product drawings and models while championing the 8D process for the team. Additionally, Paul has experience in various roles including Pack-Out at Alexandria Moulding and as a Process Engineer Intern, focusing on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has a strong background in team leadership and operational efficiency from earlier roles in retail management.
