Tom Gardner

Tom Gardner has a diverse range of work experience. Tom started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at The Howard Company in 2005. Tom then moved on to become an Engineering Manager at the same company in 2008. In 2008, they joined Criticare Systems as a Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2013. Tom then became a Project & Production Engineering Manager at Dielectric Corporation from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they worked as the Director of Manufacturing at MOTIVO - Independence by Design from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Tom is the Design Engineering Manager at MPE-Inc, and as of January 2022, they have taken on the role of Director of New Product Development at the same company.

Tom Gardner has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the University of St. Thomas from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management. Additionally, Tom Gardner has obtained certifications as a Certified Solidworks Professional and a Fundamental Engineering certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID.
