Lawrence began his career in pharmacy as a “traditional” retail pharmacist. Over time he felt hampered from having a genuinely positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the customers to whom he provided services. His pharmacy career path has included working as a home infusion pharmacist, hospital clinical pharmacist, and Director of Pharmacy in a skilled nursing facility. The pharmacy director position was where he found his true passion in pharmacy: to protect the most vulnerable members of society-the elderly. For the last 20 years, he has been providing pharmacy consultant services for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
