Duane Hartley, P.E., is an accomplished Director of Engineering at Midwest Steel, Inc. since January 2004, with extensive experience overseeing significant projects valued between $1 million and $100 million, including structural steel erection and fabrication for prestigious clients such as General Dynamics Electric Boat, Kentucky International Convention Center, and Little Caesars Arena. Hartley has also served as Project Manager on numerous major projects, such as modifications for the SLS program at Kennedy Space Center and the construction of various industrial and commercial facilities. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Randers Engineering and Ruby & Associates, as well as Field Engineer at McNally Tunneling. Hartley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1993.
