Eric Sisk

Eric Sisk currently serves as the Director of Operations at Midwest Sterilization Corp., a role held since August 2016, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and productivity while overseeing management personnel and ensuring customer and supplier communication. Previously, Sisk worked as a Quality Engineer, implementing continuous improvement practices and developing quality assurance procedures compliant with ISO standards. Sisk began a career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Alan Wire, where lean manufacturing techniques and new mechanical designs were the primary focus, alongside the establishment of standard operating procedures. Sisk also has experience as a Communications Specialist for the Southeast Alumni Association, strengthening alumni relations. Sisk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics with Mechanical Applications from Southeast Missouri State University.
