Jarl Nome is a seasoned senior field surveyor with extensive experience in various roles across the surveying and construction industries. Currently employed at Midwest Surveys since October 2023, Jarl previously served as survey manager at Thompson Bros. (CONSTR.) LP, overseeing a large technical team and managing numerous civil construction projects. Earlier career highlights include founding and leading Geospark Surveys Inc., managing the establishment of a new branch for Caltech Surveys in Edmonton, and holding multiple positions at Midwest Surveys, where Jarl significantly contributed to the growth and profitability of the Calgary branch. Jarl’s technical expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary.
