Midwest Surveys
Kevin Swabey has a diverse work experience in the surveying industry. Kevin started in 1996 as a Party Chief/Geomatics Tech. at Midwest Surveys Inc. Kevin then progressed through various roles at the company, including Project Manager / Alberta Land Surveyor and Office Manager, Edmonton. In 2008, they became the President of Midwest Surveys Inc.
In 2021, Kevin joined The Alberta Land Surveyors' Association, where they held the role of Vice President. Kevin is currently serving as the President of the association, starting in April 2022.
Kevin Swabey completed the Queen's Executive Program at Queen's University in 2012. Kevin also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary, which they completed from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, Kevin obtained certification as an Alberta Land Surveyor from the Alberta Land Surveyors' Association in the year 2000.
