Lemoine Davis, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished aviation manager and project management professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including military operations and construction. Currently serving as the Aviation Manager at Midwest Transplant Network since August 2023, Lemoine oversees aviation operations and flight staff in compliance with FAA guidelines. Concurrently, Lemoine holds the position of Air Operations Officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, providing expertise in air-to-ground integration for joint mission training. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at McCownGordon Construction, where Lemoine managed multimillion-dollar healthcare and civic projects, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force, focusing on operational assessments, training programs, and project management for large-scale military initiatives. Lemoine holds an MBA in Project Management from Norwich University and a BA in Pre-Law Studies from Kansas State University.
