Morgan Chase from March 2014 to June 2023, where responsibilities included quality review of customer KYC profiles and cross-team collaboration for compliance procedures. Earlier roles included serving as an Associate in Global Financial Crimes & Compliance at JPMorgan Chase and Project Manager at Garden City Group, where Jeff managed high-stakes class-action settlements.
