John Iennaccaro is an experienced facilities and project manager with a strong background in real estate and construction management. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Midwest Trust Company since March 2018, John oversees daily operations and project management at the Midwest Bioscience Research Park. Previously, John held senior project management roles at prominent firms including CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, and NAI Capital Realty, where responsibilities ranged from managing corporate portfolios and construction services to facilitating tenant improvements and ground-up developments. With a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University, John has cultivated a comprehensive skill set that encompasses all aspects of construction management and facilities oversight.
