Jeff Kurschner

Jeff Kurschner was promoted to Director of Operations for Midwestern BioAg in August of 2020. In this role, Jeff has operational responsibility for sites, and he will continue to work with site leaders in delivering exceptional service to their customers.

In 2001, Jeff Kurschner started as a seasonal Production Specialist with Midwestern BioAg. In 2006, Jeff was hired on full-time as a Warehouse Lead. He held that position for three years until he was promoted to Production Specialist/Dispatcher from 2009-2012. Jeff’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to Midwestern BioAg offered another promotion opportunity in 2012 to Assistant Manager of Production/Dispatch. Being promoted again in 2013, Jeff became the Production Manager.

Jeff shares the values and respect for farmers and farm communities. His work ethic and accountability have made him a trusted leader over the years. His agility, creative solutions, and can-do approach will serve him well in helping us grow Midwestern BioAg for years to come.
