Jennifer Mazzio began their career in 1994 at Frontier Insurance Group, Inc., where they held the role of AVP Assistant Controller. Jennifer then moved on to work at Aegon as AVP Assistant Controller - P&C from 1995-1997. Jennifer continued to progress in their career, taking on roles such as Director of Accounting & Finance/Controller at Fleet Insurance Companies/Advanta Insurance from 1997-2000, and later as Director of Insurance Accounting at XL Catlin from 2000-2003. From 2003-2007, they served as Corporate Controller at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. Jennifer then joined L F Enterprises (TPA) as the Director of Accounting & Operations from 2007-2010, before becoming the AVP Controller at AssuranceAmerica in 2010-2011. Jennifer then worked at Berkley Specialty Underwriting Managers, Berkley Environmental, and Berkley Entertainment as VP Finance from 2011-2014. Jennifer's next role was as Chief Financial Officer (K2 Insurance Services partners) at Midwestern Insurance Alliance from 2017 onwards. Jennifer also held the position of Chief Financial Officer (a K2 Insurance Svcs partner - prior ownership White Mountains Insur Group) at Star & Shield Insurance from 2014-2018.

Jennifer Mazzio has an Executive MBA (Accelerated Program) degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer also holds a BS degree in Accounting from George Mason University. Additionally, Jennifer is a CPA Candidate from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).

Jennifer has earned several professional designations from The Institutes. Jennifer holds an AIAF designation (Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance) as well as an ARe designation (Associate in Reinsurance). Jennifer is also a CPCU Candidate (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) from The Institutes CPCU Society.

In terms of their undergraduate education, Jennifer has studied Accounting and Business Management at Penn State University.
