Beth Ernzen

Beth Ernzen has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Beth began their career at American Trust & Savings Bank in 2002, where they held various roles as Electronic Banking Coordinator, Administrator, and Manager. During this time, they were responsible for onboarding customers, assisting with digital banking needs, and managing employees on the e-banking team. In 2016, Beth was promoted to the role of 2nd Vice President and Bank Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing bank operations and managing the team. In 2019, they joined MidWestOne Bank as the 2nd Vice President of Retail Operations.

Beth Ernzen earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Specialist from Northeast Iowa Community College between 2003 and 2005. Following that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Dubuque from 2015 to 2016.
