Dominic Boyle

Dominic Boyle has a diverse work experience in HR and recruitment spanning over 20 years. Dominic is currently the HR Director, EMEA at Midwich Group PLC since 2022. Prior to this, they held various HR leadership roles at Eaton, including EMEAI HR Director, Crouse Hinds from 2019 to 2022, Global HR Director - Crouse Hinds, MTL from 2015 to 2019, and HR Director, Middle East from 2012 to 2015. Before joining Eaton, they worked at Halcrow as a Regional HR Manager, Middle East from 2007 to 2012. Dominic also has recruitment experience as a Section Manager (Middle East) at Beresford Blake Thomas from 2005 to 2007 and as a Recruitment Consultant at BCL Legal from 2003 to 2005 and Huxley from 2001 to 2003.

Dominic Boyle attended The University of Manchester from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Dominic later pursued CIPD Qualifications, becoming a Chartered Fellow in 2018.
