Peter Pollani Fmp

Peter Pollani, FMP, currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Property Management at Midwood Investment & Development since August 2016. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager. From January 2013 to August 2016, Peter was the Director of Facilities Management at AdvantageCare Physicians, a leading multi-specialty physician practice in the New York metropolitan area. Additionally, Peter worked at AECOM as a Facilities & Access Control Compliance professional and at URS Corporation as a Compliance Supervisor. Earlier in Peter's career, the role of Director of Facilities Management was fulfilled at Queens Long Island Medical Group. Peter's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Penn State World Campus, and an Associate of Arts degree from Nassau Community College. Furthermore, Peter earned the Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential from the International Facilities Management Association.
