Scott Hayner

Scott Hayner is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Development at Midwood Investment & Development since 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Managing Director of Development at CIM Group from 2011 to 2023. Scott also founded Scott Hayner Designs, an entrepreneurial architectural and real estate development firm, where Scott served as Principal from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in Scott's career, a role as Project Manager was fulfilled at David Lawrence Gray Architects / Flatiron Development from 2007 to 2009, focusing on multi-family residential and office design and development in Los Angeles. Scott holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California.
