Annie Jiang is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in regional leadership roles, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director APAC at Miele since June 2016. Previously, Annie held the position of HR Vice President-Asia Pacific at Getrag from March 2015 to May 2016. Annie's career includes significant tenures at Weidmüller, where various roles included General Manager - HR APAC and HR Director for China, among others, from May 2003 to February 2015. Additionally, Annie was an Assistant HR Manager at Alcoa Aluminum Shanghai from October 2001 to December 2002. Academically, Annie holds a PhD in Organizational & Human Resources Management from Tongji University and multiple EMBA degrees from Fudan University and Washington University in St. Louis, along with a Master’s in Training & Organizational Development from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from North China Electric Power University.
