Ela Oniani

Ela Oniani is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Miele since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ela worked as an HR Manager at Tegeta from July 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing employee selection processes, coordinating evaluation systems, and planning training initiatives. Additionally, Ela held various HR positions within Tegeta and was responsible for contracts, payroll data preparation, and employee communication. Experience also encompasses a role as a Content Moderator at Majorel Georgia, a member of the Youth Council at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia, and the Head of HR at Visionary Institute. Ela began a career in the legal field as an intern at Tbilisi City Court and has a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tbilisi State University.
