Eric Sun

Eric Sun is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering projects across various domains, including medical devices and clean energy solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Miele, Eric manages lab infrastructure and processes while optimizing prototyping for proof of concept studies. Previously, at BD, Eric held the role of Mechanical Engineer II, where responsibilities included prototyping novel medical devices, managing vendor relationships, and performing Monte-Carlo simulations. Earlier experience includes engineering a solar-powered water filtration assembly at PV Pure and serving as a Production Advisor at the Engineering Product Innovation Center, coupled with research assistant positions at Boston University Robotics Laboratory and the ANDESITE Team. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and two Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
