Friederike Pohl

Friederike Pohl is currently the CRM & Digital Marketing Manager DACH at Miele, where they utilize their extensive background in CRM and digital marketing. They previously held positions as a CRM Marketing Specialist at Miele and as a Junior CRM Manager at DREAMLINES. Friederike contributed to CRM marketing and sales as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) from 2019 to 2022. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Tourism Management and a Master of Science in Management & Marketing from Fachhochschule Westküste and Universität Lüneburg, respectively.
