Magali Dekens

Magali Dekens is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business controlling and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Business Controller for Sales in the cluster of Western Europe and Head of Controlling for Belux at Miele since March 2022, Magali leads a Financial & Business Controlling team and manages relationships with accounting teams to ensure precise financial planning, analysis, and compliance with regulations. Previously, at Delhaize Belgium from April 2014 to February 2022, Magali held several roles including Manager of Financial Controlling, where oversight of real estate financial aspects and team leadership were key responsibilities. Magali’s earlier career includes positions at PwC as a Senior Auditor and Auditor. Academic qualifications include a Master of Commercial Sciences with a focus on Audit & Controlling from Ehsal HUB and additional education at KEDGE Business School.
