Philip Hessen

Philip Hessen is a seasoned global HR executive with extensive experience in human resources and corporate strategy. They held significant roles at companies like Siemens, where they led global share and employee incentive programs, and CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Philip served as Head of Human Resources in Germany for Merck Gruppe and as Global Lead for Performance and Total Rewards at OSRAM. They are set to begin a new position as Senior Vice President of People & Organization at Miele in May 2025. Philip earned a Diplom Betriebswirt from AKAD University and completed their education in industrial management at Siemens Professional Education.
