Rebecca Steinhage

Rebecca Steinhage is a seasoned executive in human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Director at Miele since June 2019, previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Director of Human Resources. Prior to Miele, Steinhage held the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate HR & Corporate Investments at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA from August 2015 to April 2019, and was Head of Human Resources at LR Health & Beauty Systems between November 2010 and June 2015. Additional experience includes Director of Corporate Management Development at Bertelsmann and Personalleiterin at Arvato Digital Services. Steinhage holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (VWA) degree with a focus on Controlling & Marketing from Bertelsmann AG, completed between 1997 and 2001.
