Melisa Garcia is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in customer service, quality control, and research and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mienvío since April 2022, Melisa previously held the position of Franchisor and Chief Operating Officer at Regal Nails Salon & Spa LLC, where responsibilities included operations management, customer acquisition, and training personnel. Prior experience includes quality control at Ponnath DIE MEISTERMETZGER GmbH, where Melisa developed a safety system to minimize bacterial risks and optimized communication for project fulfillment, and research and development at Grupo Idrapower, focusing on formulation tests and quality checks. Melisa holds a B.Sc in Food Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from The University of Göttingen, complemented by intensive German language courses.
