Diana Căpâlnaș (Belbe) has extensive experience in marketing and employer branding. Diana has worked as a Senior Professional in Employer Branding at MHP – A Porsche Company, where Diana developed and managed employer brand strategies and campaigns. Prior to that, Diana held positions as a Marketing Specialist at 3Pillar Global Romania and PSIHOSELECT, where Diana handled various marketing responsibilities such as creating marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with recruitment teams. Diana has a Master's degree in Advertising and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Babes-Bolyai University.
