Kate May has over a decade of experience in customer service and training coordination, currently serving as the Customer Service Lead and Training Coordinator at Mitsubishi International Food Ingredients, Inc. since May 2015. Prior roles at Mitsubishi include Training Coordinator and Senior Customer Service Representative. Before joining Mitsubishi, Kate worked at The Wasserstrom Company from June 2008 to April 2015, where responsibilities included Billing Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Kate May completed education at Columbus State Community College from 2008 to 2011.
