Koji Shimizu has a diverse work experience in the food and life science industries. Koji began their career at MCLS Europe as President and Managing Director from April 2015 to April 2016. In 2016, they joined Mitsubishi International Food Ingredients, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Directors, serving until June 2018. During the same period, they also held the position of General Manager of the Life Science Products Department at Mitsubishi Corporation. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Mitsubishi Corporation Life Sciences Ltd from April 2016 to March 2018.
