Deena Sokolov is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Mifrasim- Sailing For Change since 2022, Sokolov contributes to a premier maritime therapeutic organization in Israel. Previously, Sokolov held the position of VP Logistics & Supply Chain at Vayyar Imaging Ltd. from 2017 to 2023, where revolutionary 4D imaging technology was developed for various applications. A notable tenure at Duracell as Director of Market Logistics from 2012 to 2016 involved optimizing supply chain solutions and managing customer order strategies, while also serving as COO for Duracell Powermat. Earlier experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where Sokolov managed logistics and operations for a significant regional division and oversaw major product launch initiatives. Sokolov holds an MBA in Information Systems from Tel Aviv University and a BS in Environmental Studies & Biology from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mifrasim- Sailing For Change
Mifrasim is a nonprofit organization specializing in maritime outdoor therapy (ODT) activities. Our large-scale vessel, operated by a professional team of skippers, facilitators and therapists is unique and one of a kind in Israel. The combination of the vessel and the team creates a platform enabling social-educational-therapeutic activities on board. Mifrasim operates under the umbrella of “Topaz- Leading Social Innovations”. Our main goal is to provide meaningful and adventurous activities to youth at risk, groups suffering from physical or mental trauma, and empowering voyages connecting polarized populations. Social activities are sponsored by donations and business activities. Business activities provide organizational management training sessions or ‘team building’ days for employees.
