Gemma Hallett is the Founder and Managing Director of miFuture, which focuses on addressing the skills gap in emerging sectors through innovative solutions for social change. With a diverse background, Gemma currently serves as a Panel Member for FinTech Wales and holds the role of Big Ideas Wales Entrepreneurship Role Model, inspiring young people about entrepreneurship. Additionally, Gemma was instrumental in forming the UK's first FinTech Skills Strategy and contributes to various advisory groups, including the Tech Valleys Strategic Advisory Group. As Co-Host of the Back The Girls Podcast, Gemma promotes women's rugby in Wales. With prior experience as Head of Skills at FinTech Wales and an Associate Lecturer at the University of South Wales, Gemma’s educational background includes degrees in management and entrepreneurial studies, and ongoing professional development in HR and organizational design.
