Agustina Dwiangga Laksmi, M.Psi., Psikolog, currently serves as a Learning and Development Staff at MIG, where responsibilities include managing the Management Trainee program, conducting various training, coordinating with learning providers, and maintaining the L&D Dashboard. Previously, Agustina held the position of Talent & Learning Development Specialist at Investree, focusing on talent management and training development, and has experience as an Assessor Psychologist at Quantum HRM Internasional. Agustina's early career involved teaching and multiple HR internships, providing a strong foundation in industrial and organizational psychology, supported by a Master's degree in the same field from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' and a Bachelor's degree from Universitas Negeri Manado.
