Manuel Nieto serves as the Consulting Director at Migesa since March 2020, leading the Microsoft practice with a focus on Security, Modern Workplace, Adoption & Change Management, Azure, Copilot AI, Purview, and Power Apps across Mexico and LATAM. Responsibilities include setting a three-year go-to-market strategy, managing P&L and ISO governance, and collaborating with Microsoft to drive year-over-year growth while achieving high customer satisfaction and profit margins. In addition, Manuel is a Board Member at One Contact International S.A.S, where guidance is provided for sustainable growth and AI-powered CX innovation. As a 25% shareholder at La Parla WorkCafé, Manuel also has extensive previous experience as the Andean Region Manager at Lanix and Country Sales Manager for Intel Corporation. Educational credentials include an MBA from EGADE Business School and Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a degree in Electronics and Communications.
