Alicia R. is a Senior Marketing Strategist at Mighty Citizen, where responsibilities include audience and market research, campaign design, and strategic recommendations tailored to client needs. Alicia also held the position of Senior Marketing Strategist at the Office of Distance Education and eLearning, developed B2B programs at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and managed marketing at Shoply Labs. Earlier in their career, Alicia gained project management experience at Pearson overseeing higher education products. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English from The Ohio State University.
