Dan Puzzo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and project management across various sectors, including governmental, educational, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Client Support Manager at Mighty Citizen since October 2019, Dan oversees technical troubleshooting and manages customer success for over 30 accounts. Prior roles include Program Manager at WorldStrides, where Dan coordinated student programs in Spain and Morocco, and ESL Advisor at IES Dolores Ibárruri, focusing on English language education for young adults. Dan's earlier positions include Regional Coordinator for Heart for Change in Colombia, Project Manager at TravelClick, and a diverse background in marketing and writing. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studied at Universitat d'Alacant.
