Sarah Hervey

Sarah Hervey is a seasoned professional in the fashion design industry, currently serving as Co-Owner at Mighty Dog Roofing since 2024. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Design at MUK LUKS® from February 2020 to April 2024 and contributed as an Adjunct Instructor in Fashion Design at Mount Mary University from June 2018 to May 2020, teaching courses on Fashion Concept, CAD Graphics, Textiles, and Machine Knitting. Sarah's extensive experience also includes roles at Kohl's Department Stores as Sr Designer and Designer, an Independent Design Consultant at Claire's Accessories, as well as a Designer at Lucky Brand Jeans and an Associate and Assistant Designer at Liz Claiborne. Sarah began a design career at Autumn Cashmere as an Assistant Designer after earning a BFA in Knitwear Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and completing studies at Nottingham Trent University in 2001.
