Dennis Tan

Dennis Tan has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Dennis began their career in 1999 as an Intern in Corporate Recovery Services at Arthur Andersen. In 2000, they returned to Arthur Andersen as an Intern in Corporate Recovery Services. In 2001, they were an Audit Assistant at Arthur Andersen. In 2002, they were a Senior Associate in Business Recovery Services and a Senior Manager in Assurance at PwC. In 2015, they became the Group Financial Controller at United Safety. In 2018, they were the Chief Financial Officer at BH Global Corporation Limited. In 2020, they were a Consultant at an SGX Mainboard Listed Group in the F&B Sector. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Mighty Jaxx.

Dennis Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Dennis is also an Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, a Chartered Accountant, Singapore from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (#004028).
