Lourens Reijgersberg

Lourens Reijgersberg has a wealth of experience in product management, digital marketing, and customer service. Lourens began their career in 2006 as a Product Quality Manager at debitel. In 2010, they joined KPN as a Team Lead Online Communities/Product Owner, where they were responsible for the KPN and Hi social customer communities, and led a team of 4 (product)marketing and 2 development FTE. Lourens was also the Social Project Lead for the integration of two KPN brands, and the accompanying marketing campaign was awarded with a grand prix for content marketing. In 2017, they took a sabbatical in Singapore, and then worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Spiking and a Digital Marketing & Transformation Consultant at The Engage. At ZINIER INC, they were the Product Lead, leading the mobile application roadmap and development working with UX, UI Designers and team of iOS and Android developers, QA. Lourens also built an extensive product management framework consisting of product requirements templates, (technical) documentation templates, working with designers to set up a design system and a process driven feedback loop. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager Meta at Mighty Jaxx.

Lourens Reijgersberg attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, studying Communication, General. Lourens also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification in February 2016.
