Janelle Fraass

Janelle Fraass is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in multi-unit management and team leadership. Currently serving as District Manager at Mighty-O Donuts since August 2019, Janelle has successfully taken on increased responsibilities, including recruiting, training, marketing, and store openings. Previously, Janelle held the position of Dual Store Manager at Crocs, Inc., where significant contributions included the opening of the Livermore Premium Outlet and the first Crocs Outlet in Washington. Janelle began their career as a Store Manager at Starbucks, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high performance standards among team members. Janelle holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University and has prior education from Seattle Pacific University.
