Marlena Voggesser

Marlena Voggesser has a strong background in operations and project management. Marlena is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Mighty Petz®, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Manager at Mighty Petz® from January 2021 to August 2022. Marlena also worked as a Project Manager at the same company from February 2019 to December 2020.

Marlena's experience extends beyond Mighty Petz®. Marlena has also worked at Happy, Balanced, Fulfilled Co. as a Peace of Mind - Mentoring & Coaching practitioner since March 2017. Before that, they were employed at Eaton, where they held various roles including EMEA Business Process Owner and Business Process Improvement from February 2016 to March 2017 and EMEA Project Management Office (PMO) Manager from August 2013 to March 2017.

Further, Marlena has a background as a Project Manager at Atlantic Language Services Ltd. from September 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an FOS Manager at Waterstones from November 2010 to September 2012.

Marlena Voggesser completed their Master's degree in English Language- Translation from The Poznan Higher College of Modern Languages between the years 2008 and 2010. Later, in 2016, they pursued further education by attending One of Many, where they obtained a certification in Life & Leadership Coaching, specifically as a Certified Women's Coach.
