Andre Rappaccioli

Andre Rappaccioli has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Andre currently works at Mighty as a Finance Associate since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Finance Analyst at Mighty from July 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Mighty, Andre worked at BlackRock as an Analyst from July 2019 to July 2021. Andre also had a previous role at BlackRock as a Summer Analyst from May 2018 to August 2018. Additionally, Andre served as the President of the Wharton Latino Undergraduate Association from December 2016 to December 2017. Andre gained internship experience at PwC in 2017 and at Compañia Cervecera de Nicaragua S.A as a Communications Intern in 2016. At the University of Pennsylvania, Andre worked as a Digital Media Manager from August 2015 to August 2016. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Senior Director at Eco Nicaragua from April 2012 to May 2015. Andre also interned at Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica - BCIE during June 2014 to July 2014.

Andre Rappaccioli completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they also obtained a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Prior to their university education, Andre attended Lincoln International Academy from 2001 to 2015, where they obtained their Nicaraguan Diploma and U.S. High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Additionally, in July 2022, Andre obtained a certification in Analytics Engineering with dbt from co:rise.
