Serg Bell has a strong background in transformation of Russian financial statements to US GAAP, preparation of tax roll-forwards, plan vs fact analyses, coordinating and monitoring funding for Moscow and European Offices, daily preparation of cash flow, control over spending, preparing documents for corporate currency control, tracking passports of deals, negotiation with Russian and European banks, business trips to European office for checking accounting, correcting mistakes, taking part in processes of preparing manuals for European office, preparing VAT returns, reconciliations on accounts for European office, negotiation with foreign vendors, preparation of accounting documents (quarter intercompany papers and others), writing of regulations and instructions for Moscow office, preparation of the statement of cash flow (4th form of Russian financial statements), budget preparation, and preparation and execution of agreements on both languages (Russian and English).
