Born into the hospitality industry, Jed’s first job was washing dishes at his family’s resort. Having checked off a degree from Cornell University’s School of Hospitality, he has been deeply involved in all aspects of operations for 3 decades.
As the General Manager at Migis Lodge, Jed takes pride in supporting the management team so they can be successful, caring for the 100+ year old resort, and ensuring the future of the multi-generational business. As Managing Partner in Migis Hotel Group, Jed strives to develop and implement systems to foster strong hospitality operations for their clients and provide support and development for several General Managers. Regardless of which hat he is wearing, Jed places emphasis on strong work culture and on caring for and supporting people to help them find happiness and growth opportunities so they can have an empowering work experience and be a part of their team’s success.
