Jesse Henry

From a college job in the dining room at Migis Lodge to General Manager, to founding member of Migis Hotel Group, Jesse has a breadth of experience across many disciplines in the hospitality industry.

For Jesse it’s all about the team. He closely identifies with the MHG value of “recognizing and encouraging creativity and leadership." He believes in surrounding oneself with good people and encouraging the team at MHG and the teams at the properties they work with to be leaders and to lead with creativity to accomplish collective goals. It’s no surprise that when asked about what he enjoys most about his days, it's the “energy, creativity, brilliance and the success of the team” around him.
