Having worked in almost every job in the hotel and restaurant industries has given Phil a broad range of first-hand experiences which are the foundation of his philosophy that every position in an operation is paramount to its success.

Carrying the torch for their employee-based company culture is a priority for Phil and he enjoys coaching the executive teams and empowering them to empower and engage those around them. As Managing Partner, profitable and successful operations and engaged teams are his top priorities. Phil has volunteered on the Board of Directors of Hospitality Maine, Maine’s only non-profit trade group representing the hospitality industry.
