Ary Gatto Junior

Ary Gatto Junior is an accomplished entrepreneur and IT consultant with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Runtalent since December 2020, Ary also co-founded MIGNOW and ESSENCE in January 2020 and March 2004, respectively. Ary has been instrumental in the development of beXs - Soluções SaaS para alta performance since January 2013 and played a key role as a co-founder of Octadesk.com from January 2015 to August 2021. Prior professional experience includes senior roles at Accenture as a Senior SAP Consultant and at Siemens as an SAP Consultant, following earlier work as a Software Developer at Banco Frances e Brasileiro. Ary holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Ibmec and has a foundational education from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
