Rafał Radecki has a wealth of experience in the field of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering. Rafał began their career in 2012 as a Linux Administrator for POLSKA PRESS GRUPA and AIMED Sp. z o.o. In 2013, they moved to Sii Polska as a System Integrator, where they administered Java application servers, Oracle databases, and handled high availability and loadbalancing administration. In 2014, they became a University Lecturer at the University of Gdansk. In 2015, they took on the role of DevOps Engineer at Intel Corporation. In 2016, they became a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Nordea Markets. In 2018, they moved to Serveraptor as a Senior DevOps Engineer. In 2019, they moved to AirHelp as a Senior DevOps Engineer. In 2020, they became a Staff Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Migo, and also became the Owner of EVEROPS.

Rafał Radecki completed postgraduate studies at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology from 2002 to 2007.
